Special Guest: David E. Elliott

David E. Elliott is a Senior Service Designer at Transport Canada. He has built a career in performance improvement. After joining the Canada School of Public Service in 2018, he moved to Transport Canada in 2023. He has played leadership roles in initiatives including learning product redesign, reconciliation support, regulatory modernization, and ATIP response improvement. Drawing on his BSc (1996) and MSc (1999), he brings a strong foundation in process, theory, logic, and evidence to his work. He also teaches Design Thinking for Innovation and Problem Solving through the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute.
